Snow again...
Jan. 11th, 2008 09:06 amAfter a mild, rainy week, we woke up this morning to freezing rain. In the time it took me to come to work, it went from freezing rain to hail to rather nice fluffy snow.
Not, you understand, that we need any more snow.
We've got it anyway.
Winter in Ottawa is an ongoing adventure.

Date: 2008-01-11 02:56 pm (UTC)um. yeah.
the Tammys are fun.
Oh, there were people throwing pies at one another too. Oscar Wilde threw one at Snake Plissken - who in turn tried to shoot him with his gun (well, didn't try for a good aim too much...) ...
yeah. And considering that we have even more fun muses this time around, I think it will be fun. Again.

Lovely Hiro icon!

Date: 2008-01-11 07:44 pm (UTC)Ah, that. *points at own journal profiles, as well as others* you may, and you can. It's a personal choice. SOMETIMES people prefer to keep their muses separate, and have people NOT be influenced by who their other muses are; others just don't mind. And sometimes some people prefer that others don't know 'that new muse' is theirs, and such.
If you want to, by all means do. Those who don't tend to have specific reasons not to. Me, I think I've linked my mun journal on all main muses profiles, and have listed the main four (well... more or less main) on the mun journal. That's fine. *prefers openness to secrecy, oh yes*

Date: 2008-01-12 05:08 pm (UTC)And yes, the weather was changing so fast yesterday that I couldn't keep up with it from one half-hour to the next! At least today is nice and clear. I plan to go for a walk - a bird-feeding expedition.

Date: 2008-01-12 09:16 pm (UTC)Bird feeding is always fun! Although I have a tendency to gather a whole bunch of birds and then scare them away with being suddenly loud. Especially seagulls and Canadian geese. Feeding the chipmunks down at Hogsback is fun too, since they find you first and give you puppy eyes until you offer bits of your food.

Date: 2008-01-12 09:52 pm (UTC)Yes, Hogsback chipmunks are lovely creatures. As I recall, they have a particular fondness for Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Date: 2008-01-12 10:06 pm (UTC)Aww, I'll have to buy them some next time I'm there, then.
