Doctor Who: The End of Time, Part 1...

I was puzzling over events in Doctor Who "The End of Time, Part 1" that I didn't understand, and thought I might make a list. For one thing, others who read this might have understood more (or better than I did) and be able to explain what I didn't catch on to. After all, I don't have the background in Classic Doctor Who to help me. For another, it will be fun to look back after I've seen Part 2, and see what's been explained, and what's been left to our imaginations.

Tuesday...

Breakfast was congee at T&T. It was incredibly cold outside. But beautiful: all the trees were covered with a layer of ice that caught the sun and shone.

I had an appointment with the chiropractor, who is happy with my progress. Evaluation next week.

Beulah came over for afternoon tea with me, Yolande and maaseru. I made many, many sandwiches: duck liver paté, ham and lettuce, cucumber, salmon cream cheese, and potato salad. Served them with grapes, cheese, crackers, fruitcake, mince tarts, and mango bread that maaseru found at T&T. And, of course, tea.

We watched two episodes of The No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency: "Poison" and "The Boy With an African Heart", 1x03 and 1x04. Beulah called it a three-kleenex show.

Then I worked on my apazine for Apaplexy, with collation coming up on Saturday.
