Torchwood & Doctor Who: Captain Jack's best lines, part 2

On the bus this morning, I realized that in my list of "The Ten Best Lines of Captain Jack Harkness", I left off my two favourites. Since this oversight has to be rectified, I will now extend my list to "The Twelve Best Lines of Captain Jack Harkness". The missing lines:

2. "See you in hell." (Parting of the Ways) Classic action-hero line. I always hoped he would say it in Torchwood; he never did. He should have said it to Gwen before he went to face Abaddon in "End of Days".

1. "Never doubted him. Never will." (Parting of the Ways) The perfect statement of faith!

Most of my trips to the States have been associated with some sort of fannish gathering! aside from simply visiting fannish friends, the only exception I can think of was my visit to Clifton, Arizona when I spent Christmas with my grandfather at the age of 12. ( American States I have been to.... )

Torchwood Another Life...

I finished reading Another Life today. Enjoyed it very much indeed. I'll put my comments under a cut for those who don't want spoilers, but I don't think I'll be saying anything that will spoil the plot - though I'd like to quote a few choice bits. I want to talk about characterization and style. ( As with the TV show, the parts I liked best featured Captain Jack Harkness. )
