You are a Peace Patroller, also known as an anti-war liberal or neo-hippie. You believe in putting an end to American imperial conquest, stopping wars that have already been lost, and supporting our troops by bringing them home.
Take the quiz at www.FightConservatives.com
Me, neo-hippie? No surprise, but not exactly accurate either, being the bookish type. But I don't know what category I'd correct it to.
Frankly, the questions were so American I couldn't get my head around them. My wilful ignorance of American politics sometimes shows. Especially when the word 'liberal' as used by Americans isn't what I mean when I say 'liberal', but I can cope.

McCain has ten houses? Why does one person need ten houses?
Wherever your country goes, ours eventually follows - sort of. So of course I wish you all luck.
Yes, nice about the Connecticut decision. That is so succinctly put, and so true!

Date: 2008-10-13 04:02 am (UTC)How do we deal with the prolonged bickering? Myself, I ignore it [g]. I'd hate to have to see all that stuff on tv all day long, ugh. Right now, the facts are falling into place: McCain does not think that the working people are in any trouble, while Obama knows we are; today, I ran across four more unions sending out data to their members about who's pro-labor and pro-working-people -- and it isn't McCain! The Teamsters, the Fire Fighters, the United Mine Workers, and ... actually, two more, but I can't recall them. And all the education unions, I've been seeing. If only people think just a little bit, and trust their fellow voters!
Yeah, McCain has ten houses. I think he likes "things." I don't understand it either.
I still have Alex Munter's mayoral-race sign, from Donna's front yard, up on my living room wall; hope someday he actually wins it. Let time pass! Things will always change!

I guess he doesn't grasp the concept of "poverty". Everything's hunky dory and nothing can go wrong, right? Hmm. Sounds like Harper.

Groan. Ottawa politics! I tell you, this city is being run by thugs.
