The interesting thing was to see that Russia and the US don't have adequate privacy, but Canada does. I wonder what the difference it. Laws, I suppose - what is allowable and what is not. Safeguards.
I take it for granted that none of us have much, and keep my secrets to myself, and my mouth shut about them.

There are laws on the books (passed while the Liberals were still in power) to restrain government and companies from sharing their information, or prevent them from forcing ordinary people to give out everything. However, the companies are already said to be 'chafing at the bit' about those restrictions.
