The question this week: What are my "five favorite pieces of fannish memorabilia"?

Ooh what a question. Do stories or fanzines count as 'memorabilia'? Mostly art, I guess.... My choices:

  1. A program from Hamlet done by the Royal Exchange Theatre Company, signed by the lead actor, Robert Lindsay. This was a Christmas gift from my friend Jan.

  2. A statuette of Aragorn with sword raised

  3. A piece of Clex art by Suzann Lovett, given to me as a Christmas present by [livejournal.com profile] maaseru

  4. a Professionals fanzine called Motet for New Voices in B and D, put out by Keynote Press, in which I got the autographs of each of the contributors.

  5. A portrait of Gambit from the X-Men, drawn by [livejournal.com profile] maaboroshi and given to me as a birthday present.

I smile just thinking of these wonderful fannish things.

I have "Midsummer Day's Dream by SL, my only piece of Clex art, and I adore it.

Just had to say that. If I can think of four more, I'll post mine.

Mmm, Aragorn.

Mmm, Aragorn, indeed.

And I do love most of Suzann Lovett's stuff. I wish she'd done more Clex.

Er, that post was from me, who wasn't as logged in as she thought.

I'm glad I'm not the only person who does that!
