Afternoon: went to Tasia's for a Buffy the Vampire Slayer video-party. Saw mostly episodes I'd already seen: "Graduation Day" (both parts), "something Blue", "Hush", and one I hadn't yet seen, "Doomed". Loved them all. There were some wonderful Giles lines in "Doomed", like "Oh - as usual - dear." Or: "I’m so very sorry. My contrition completely dwarfs the impending apocalypse."
It really is fun to watch Buffy with a crowd. There was a great deal of laughter. Two people had never seen the show at all. Two people had seen it, but not past season 3. Four people (including our host) had seen every episode and knew the show fairly well. Then there was me - I'd seen as far as "Hush".
Everyone loves Spike.
