Sheila is a queen among women and a Grandmaster among gurus. She got back from New York State today, and while we were chatting on the phone, I told her about how my Net connection had died. She told me a few simple steps to do - as I had hoped - and by gum, it worked. In fifteen minutes (during which we were talking about the adventures and misadventures of our respective weekends), my computer was up and working again.

So here I am, typing on my main machine again, and all is right with the world.
