Very good! Very good indeed. You only got two wrong:

(3) The Arkans are made (mostly) of water
(6) Not the lip gloss but the bubonic plague in "End of Days"

Ahhhh, the plague. I remember now.

The Arkans I can't even place. My first guess was "bubble wrap," but then I remembered that that was from a fic. Where are they mentioned? I assume it's one of Jack's stories?

Yup, the plague in "End of Days".

The Arkans crop up in "Cyberwoman", before Jack and the others know what's going on in the basement. Jack has Toshiko talking to them on the comm unit - says to tell them to tell them to get lost because they're spooking the locals. Gwen suggests they should talk to them and get information, but Jack says they are very, very boring, and mostly made of water, so it would be hard to clean up the cells. We never hear about the poor rejected Arkans again. I picture them being on a tour ship something like the Titanic. "And here's Earth, home of a primitive biped race...."
