Because I like such things myself, I've designed my very own Torchwood Trivia Quiz. You're invited to answer the questions - and I will offer a prize to whoever first gets the most answers correct.

For each question, answer the question, and state what episode of Torchwood it refers to.

If I cheated and looked them up I could've gotten more. I only got one for sure (#5) the others where guesses. I completely fail. Make a Doctor Who one and I might be better at that but not likely lol

Oh dear. I am a bad, bad fan - the only one I can guess at is it was the fairies who met at Roundstone Wood. The rest I haven't a clue!

Clearly I have not rewatched the episodes enough (or at all for many, actually).

Ah come on - one out of twelve sucks! Though I probably could have guessed 5 if I'd thought about it enough.

I bet I'd do better with Buffy questions. Probably, anyway! I saw a contestant on Mastermind once who had BtVS as their specialist subject and I knew the majority of those answers.

Very good! Very good indeed. You only got two wrong:

(3) The Arkans are made (mostly) of water
(6) Not the lip gloss but the bubonic plague in "End of Days"

Ahhhh, the plague. I remember now.

The Arkans I can't even place. My first guess was "bubble wrap," but then I remembered that that was from a fic. Where are they mentioned? I assume it's one of Jack's stories?

Yup, the plague in "End of Days".

The Arkans crop up in "Cyberwoman", before Jack and the others know what's going on in the basement. Jack has Toshiko talking to them on the comm unit - says to tell them to tell them to get lost because they're spooking the locals. Gwen suggests they should talk to them and get information, but Jack says they are very, very boring, and mostly made of water, so it would be hard to clean up the cells. We never hear about the poor rejected Arkans again. I picture them being on a tour ship something like the Titanic. "And here's Earth, home of a primitive biped race...."
