1. Stop talking about politics for a moment or two. As it happens, I have not been talking about politics, American or otherwise. I have not even been thinking about politics - well, not much - but the instruction not to do so has suddenly made me want to talk about politics. Maybe in another post. Maybe not. Anyway... Picture me zippering my mouth, like the Master did with the American President in "Last of the Time Lords". Not a word, oh no, not me.

Which one brings teh cute better, the man or the dog?

Close call, but I'll say the man. On the argument that all terrier puppies are cute; not all men are cute. That makes him more rare.

Wishbone? Is there a story there? Who is Wishbone?

My own terrier - not a Jack Russell but a mixed terrier with a good bit of the fox terrier in him - was not so much a pet, as my only brother. A prince among dogs.

Wishbone the TV Show (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wishbone_(TV_series)) is still a favorite among some early education teachers of my acquaintance. The stories are adorable and Wishbone is a character.

Never heard of it: LJ is so educational! I love the photo of Wishbone as Robin Hood. I could like a pooch like that.
