Happy Halloween....

I was just leaving the apartment this morning, when I thought, "No! It's Halloween!" and went running back into my bedroom. I riffled through a drawer to pull out my Halloween suspenders (or braces), and put on black clothes. The suspenders are neon orange with black bats. I am fond of suspenders, which I think sexy. (Cf. Captain Jack, or Alan Cade.)
I love costuming, even when it's just little bits of make-up or accessories.
I haven't done any costuming for a while and the only photo of me I can find on short notice (or, er, no notice) is from many years ago, when I made a Guinevere costume from the comic book Camelot 3000 by Mike Barr and Brian Bolland.
When Tom saw me at work this morning, he said, "What, you're not wearing your Batman mask?" "I only wear that when I'm lurking on rooftops," I said, not adding that I'd rather know Batman than be him.

The gloves. The gloves suit you.
Ok, I'll stop now... unless you want me to keep going [heh].
