Wednesday Morning...

So here I was, sitting at my computer reading my e-mail, showered but not dressed. And what do I hear but the ominous sound of a snow shovel. Something I haven't heard since March.

So after getting dressed I opened the curtains, and, yes.... Eeeeeeeeeeee! Snow.

First time there's been snow since I broke my ankle. This is not for the faint of heart.

Off to the bus stop now.

Snow? Already?

I have seen the Weather Channel in the last 24 hours, so have seen pictures of the US northeast, and you're right in that line of fire, but still...

Yeah, we were right in the line of fire, all right. And none of this "it'll thaw by lunchtime" snow, it was cold all day. We often get snow before Halloween, but it isn't usually this cold and windy. (Grumble, grumble.) I'm glad to be home again, and warm.
