Another Jack Sparrow fan....

I went into the bank to get some change today. There is a teller I am reasonably friendly with, Mary: we've talked from time to time about the food in the cafeteria next door, the Summer Drama Camps at the theatre, and San Francisco.... Never about movies. I have no reason to think she is fannish.

I was getting my change from another teller, but Mary came over when she saw me. "I just saw Pirates of the Caribbean last night," she said. "Have you seen it?"

"Yes," I said, and then we said almost together, "Isn't Johnny Depp wonderful?"

So we had a nice conversation about Jack Sparrow,and the charms and talents of Johnny Depp.
