Endless Journey

Life on the TARDIS was a roller-coaster ride. From Etruscans to far galaxies - never a dull moment.

Loving the Doctor was another sort of joyride, both ephemeral and eternal, snatching moments of attention to cherish through decades of inattention.

"You're a nexus of cosmic disruption," said Jack, laughing, slamming the TARDIS door as angry warriors chased behind.

The Doctor scowled. "No, no, Jack, it's my companions who find trouble! I just fix it."

So they scaled the time-waves, a journey without beginning or end, a continuum of thrill-seeking. "Don't you ever get tired, Jack?"

"Of you? Never!" said Jack.
