Anthony Head on Jonathan Ross...
May. 24th, 2008 09:22 pmI enjoyed watching the YouTube copy of the Jonathan Ross interiew with Anthony Stewart Head. There were a few spoilers for me for Buffy episodes I haven't seen yet, which was okay, and a scene where Anthony Head gets a scene with a good male/male kiss on Little Britain. Amusing.
Best line was from Jonathan Ross: "Anthony is like catnip for ladies." He's not wrong.

But to see ASH I was willing to risk my nerves and watch.

When it works it's like I've been invited in for coffee with the participants and I find myself nodding along and going "Oh really that's intersting". JR too often becomes the obnoxious party guest who hasn't realised he's getting on people's nerves. If I do brave it for some reason I generally find myself sitting there willing him to shut up and let someone else get a word in edgewise...

What bugs me is when he asks a question, then interrupts the person's attempt to answer with a joke that derails them entirely, and the question never does get answered.
