Torchwood series 3, food, and lilacs...

I went out today with maaseru - for food, to the bank and the post office. Saw the most gorgeous huge blooming white lilac by the canal - utterly beautiful. Flowers everywhere.

Before that, I watched the episode of Ready Steady Cook that had guest stars John Barrowman and Denise Van Outen. My goodness: that man is funny. Loved hearing him sing "De-Lovely" while cooking. And the show made me hungry. Looks delicious. Ostrich with mango? I'm there. And like Barrowman, I don't like curry.

Even better: He said he'd be working on Torchwood next year, which is the first I've heard for sure of its continuation. Has there been an announcement that I missed? This is good news indeed. Something different, he said. (Semi-confirming the miniseries rumour?)
