First Love

Jack's first love was a soldier like himself: young, strong, desperate.

His second love was so fresh, so sweet, it was a first of an entirely new kind, as if time ran backwards to a renewed innocence.

The first time he loved an alien, it was like nothing he had ever experienced. Touching the mind and heart of a foreign being who saw a different spectrum of light, smelled different chemicals.

One first followed another, one uniqueness followed another like a string of multicoloured jewels. Each love came first in his heart: a paradox of space and time.

And your icon fits the premise very well!

I think one of Jack's (many) talents is that he sees people as individuals, not as types - to him, everyone is unique, and to be appreciated as such. And every love is unique as well.

Thanks. I'm waiting to see if they package two or more seasons worth of graphic novels together before I buy. That way I can get a set or used copies of individual editions, depending on my mood. The only Heroes merchandise I want desperately is a Mr. Muggles plush toy.
