Interesting. Life is a bit more adaptive -- and over shorter time scales -- than I would have thought. But what I don't know about evolution (or biology) would fill volumes.

I'd much rather be a weatherman (or should that be whether-man, given how changeable it usually is? :-).

I find evolution more interesting than the weather, though I suppose it depends on the weather. Right now I'm not impressed - it's incredibly cold out there. I just went out for lunch. Brr!
