Dear Santa, I'd like a Chula warship, please, with invisibility properties, and a Big Ben to tether it to.

I knew I was insane to sign up. I'm actually doing two - one Claude/Bennet for a Heroes ficathon, and then a Nine/Rose/Jack h/c request for the OT3 ficathon. Ai! I have just taken a very large dose of ibuprofen and hope to have my eyes uncrossed enough to write sometime soon. Then there are all the Christmas presents I have to make. And, oh, yeah, my job, which is heading into an intense period. I cannot wait until 12/20. I get a two-week break at Christmas, and boy, am I looking forward to it this year in particular!

Yeah. Two ficathons due this Tuesday. What the hell was I thinking? Although cathica has a theory to which I subscribe - because I was so busy working on everyone else's stuff, this was something for me to do for myself. Except that I want to do a good job. I think I have a good plot for the Heroes one, but it's not short, and I know the mood I want for the OT3, I just need to find my MacGuffin. Put them together, and I've just about got one good story idea!
