So, first: Jack and the Doctor.
1. Who eats more?
Jack. The Doctor eats less, and usually only to be sociable, and only when he feels like it - he doesn't get hungry often, as humans do.
2. Who said "I love you" first?
Jack - first, most easily, and most often. The Doctor, if he said it at all, said it well into the relationship and in an extremely offhand fashion. He would expect Jack to know he loved him anyway. But Jack isn't the mind-reader in the relationship.
3. Who is the morning person?
The Doctor is pretty much indifferent to time of day. There are no mornings on the TARDIS, unless it is always morning. Jack is a morning, noon and night sort of person, wherever he may be.
4. Who sings better?
Jack. But they actually both sing beautifully. The Doctor sometimes sings exotic alien songs that wouldn't sound like music to us.
5. Who’s older?
The Doctor, by more than 700 years.
6. Who’s smarter?
The Doctor. So he says. Often. Jack figures if he's smart enough to stay alive for 900 years and more just by being quick-witted, he's probably right.
7. Whose temper is worse?
Equal. Jack shows his more easily, and gets over it. The Doctor is slower to anger, but when he's angry, he's colder and harder and holds grudges for longer.
8. Who does the laundry?
The TARDIS. If Jack and the Doctor should be stuck on a barbarian planet with insufficient technology, they share the chores equally. They are both conscientious about it - and make sure the other is, too.
9. Who does the dishes?
See the answer to #8. They both like eating out.
10. Who sleeps on the right side of the bed?
"Right" and "wrong" are relative terms. They each sleep, if they sleep at all, wherever they wish.
11. Whose feet are bigger?
The Doctor's.
12. Whose hair is longer?
Depends who had the last haircut.
13. Who’s better with the computer?
Each believes himself to be better, but Jack is just beginning to learn about Time Lord technology.
14. Do you have pets?
There's a pterodactyl at Torchwood, does that count?
15. Who pays the bills?
Whoever happens to have local currency, or is near an ATM with a sonic screwdriver at the right time. Jack believes that "paying the bills" is a quaint and antiquated concept. The Doctor never quite understood about bills in the first place. He thinks 'bills' have something to do with 'mortgages' and he'll have nothing to do with it.
16. Who cooks dinner?
The TARDIS. See the answers to #8 and #9.
17. Who drives when you are together?
If it's the TARDIS, the Doctor does. Jack always wants to pilot it but the Doctor is afraid they'll end up in even worse trouble than usual. If they're visiting Earth in the 20th or 21st century, Jack drives, because the Doctor doesn't realize how badly he does it.
18. Who pays when you go out to dinner?
Usually the Doctor, sometimes Jack, depending which of them thought to acquire local currency or a facsimile thereof.
19. Who’s the most stubborn?
The Doctor. No question.
20. Who is the first one to admit when they’re wrong?
Jack. The Doctor is never wrong. But sometimes the Doctor manages to look sheepish.
21. Whose family do you see more?
Sore point. There are no living families. Haven't been for a long time.
22. Who named your pet?
N/A
23. Who kissed who first?
Jack kissed the Doctor first. The Doctor liked it.
24. Who asked who out?
If asking a person if they want to stay on the TARDIS is the equivalent of asking someone out, then the Doctor did. If suggesting going to a 1940s night club with slow dancing and Gershwin music is the subject, Jack did.
26. Who’s more sensitive?
Each thinks it's himself. They're both wrong.
27. Who’s taller?
Both are 6'1" in current Earth measurement.
28. Who has more friends?
Living? The Doctor has had longer to accumulate friends, but they are not as long-lived as he is. None of his Gallifreyan friends are alive. Jack, who makes friends wherever he goes (or tries to) wins in quantity, but not quality.
29. Who has more siblings?
The Doctor once had a brother. I think we're back to 'sore point'.
30. Who wears the pants in the relationship?
The Doctor. Jack defers. Though if you take the question literally, taking into account Jack's frocks and the Doctor's Gallifreyan robes as well as their trousers - they are equal opportunity fashionistas.
