To walk home from work, I changed into jeans and my Torchwood T-shirt, a gift from walkingowl which I cherish.

I went into Loblaw's to buy some onions, and the young man at the cash said, "So tell me, what's Captain Jack really like?"

And the show hasn't even been shown yet in Canada.

I love it when this sort of thing happens.

Isn't it wonderful? Yes, I wore it to walk to and from work. I love that shirt. Next step: to find one with a picture of Captain Jack Harkness on it. That would be all right.

I watch it because I feel about James Tupper (http://tinyurl.com/yt76a9) about the same way you feel about John Barrowman (at least as far as drooling from afar goes [g]).

Also because it's another show set in a quirky little town in Alaska (although it's filmed in BC), and I was a fan of Northern Exposure as well.

I don't know why you wanted to watch it...
