Okay, my jaw dropped at this. And not in a bad way. I am, in fact, flattered, though mildly incredulous.

I was shooting for Captain Jack.

Captain Jack Harkness 100%
Rose Tyler 100%
Sarah Jane Smith 100%

so the moral of the story is that i'm in love with myself while i ultimatley abandon myself, can't look at myself and have unresolved issues with myself.

seems about right.

LOL! I think I want all your answers. Or maybe I could just sort of pluck Captain Jack out of the middle of it all - ?

Frankly, I can't think why we both scored high on Sarah Jane Smith. She's a great person and a fine protagonist but... I don't see her characteristics in us. She's so much more sensible than we are.

so the moral of the story is that i'm in love with myself while i ultimatley abandon myself, can't look at myself and have unresolved issues with myself.

And some part of you is stuck in an alternate universe forever?

Come to think of it... yeah, sounds about right.

I love your random-surprise answer. The question is: are you Mickey the Idiot, terrified by your first glimpse inside the TARDIS, or are you Mickey the Hero, fighting the good fight against the Cybermen? Are you the Tin Dog or the bit of a lad?

Too bad this quiz doesn't include series 3 characters. I could see you as Martha.

Well, yes, I can see you as Sarah Jane Smith - literate, rational and sensible. Even practical! Not like us flighty types, following our impulses (or our passions) across the universe.

I'm glad to hear you aren't a Dalek. That would be scary.

I don't know. Weirdly enough, I still don't like him much! (On the other hand, I don't like Henriette all that much either, and she seems to be my most successful muse for now...)

LOL now that was a compliment! :) Thank you.

No, I don't like Mickey much either, though I like his role in the story and his character development.

I had to think for a minute to remember who Henriette was - the woman I didn't like in Casanova. But she might be good as a point of view to write about, because she seemed on top of things. Still. The character I loved was Bellino.

And yes, it was a compliment, and you're welcome.

She is indeed good to write as PoV - and not in the least because various RP/fic writing Doctors seem willing to speak with her (the count is three, for now), as well as a Giacomo who plays with her often, and also Reinette - contemporaries and all.

Actually, even a Jack Harkness tagged in on her rather recent meme, and that startled me (pleasantly, of course, only I had to figure out how to fit him in...)

And I still don't like her much. (though writing her has made me come up with justifications for her actions and all that. I don't think I could choose as she did. And yet me writing her works...)

Jack and Henriette? Well, that has interesting possibilities - not because I like her, but because he is so compatible with anyone and everyone. I kept wanting to do something about her hair. And the quirky styles of that show were, I thought, less fortunate with her than with others.

As for Henriette and Reinette... were they really contemporaries? That's so cool! Though I confess I'd rather have Reinette meet Giacomo (or Bellino) than Henriette.

Suddenly I want to write a Doctor/Bellino fic.

WEll the real Casanova did meet Mme de Pompadour. All things considered, it would mean they are contemporaries.

And some day when all three muns are free and have nothing better to do, I am planning to have a Reinette/Henriette/Giac thing happening. Maybe just conversation, of course (but then, it's Giac!)

So far, there has been a brief Role Play between my Henriette and Reinette, and Reinette was very cordial... ah well. Henriette lives in a world of her own. Interesting thing is, other role players like her. :) SO I try to keep it up.

Ah well. And Jack/everybody is so canon! (then again, the key was to have her somehow consent to do something with him that in canon she didn't consent to do with Giac, whom she also loved. Then again, it's a meme... not strictly canon - and also, for that meme Giac requested eight fics... I ran dry at four and he took mercy; but when a second Tenth doctor tagged, it was a challenge!)

Ah, the joys of fic! Sounds like a lot of challenges raining down on your head. In the nicest possible way.

I like the notion of Captain Jack roaming the 18th century. A Jack Absolute sort of thing. He'd fit, even though we've been trained to associate him with World War II.

Reinette would be coridial: ever the gentlewoman, always with hidden depths and fires.

Aww, gotta love K-9!

So Martha will be 'in a relationship' - with Tom Milligan, I suppose. I like him. I don't like the idea of the Martha/Doctor relationship remaining unresolved - but that kind of revision is what fanfic is for, right?

Claude! Yay!

my favorite thing is that i am 100% on all those things. They seem to not grasp the concept of percentages, or i'm 400%.

I just watched the first episode of the sarah jane adventures and she's by far more sensible than i am, if i were dealing with alien life, i'm sure i'd have to fight off the torchwood approach of sex and carnage.

By the way, i just got the last three seasons of doctor who and season one of torchwood on my laptop: it's half your fault, half my fault and half bad at fractions.

LOL. A hybrid of Mickey and Jack... truly boggles my mind. I can't think of anything they have in common.

Well, yes, actually I can. Two things. A love of Rose. And an evolution from cowardice to heroism under the influence of the Doctor. (Though truly, I think Jack was never a coward, except perhaps in his own estimation. And Mickey never recognized himself as such.)

That's another strange chimera, someone who is half Doctor and half Jackie. Isn't that like being half water and half oil? Sort of like... having two entirely opposing personalities?

They seem to not grasp the concept of percentages, or i'm 400%.

I love the people who are getting equal percentages of two characters who have absolutely nothing in common, like the Doctor and Jackie Tyler. Pause to boggle at the implications.

if i were dealing with alien life, i'm sure i'd have to fight off the torchwood approach of sex and carnage.

Me too. Not that I would fight off Captain Jack but I'd probably be just as good at getting stupidly into trouble as Gwen is. Or Toshiko. Or Owen. Ianto's approach to trouble is a little more circumspect.

i just got the last three seasons of doctor who and season one of torchwood on my laptop: it's half your fault

Moment of pride

half my fault and half bad at fractions.

But not as bad as the makers of this quiz.

Thompson was also a notorious womaniser, and had an acrimonious second marriage (and divorce) with the widowed Mme Lavoisier. They did stupid things such as him locking the gates against her dinner guests, and her pouring boiling water on his plants in revenge! LOL!

I've never noticed you being like Mickey Smith. Do you cower at the sight of the TARDIS? (Or run to it, hoping Rose will be coming back?) Do you suffer guilt that you didn't help your old Gran more?

Well, just be careful you don't fall into an alternate universe, or you'll turn into a world-saving hero by accident.
