I sort of expected (hoped for?) DI Carlisle, but I'm happy to be the equally bizarre Time Lord. And this is probably more accurate, especially since, all things equal, I'd rather hang out with Captain Jack than DC Blythe.

I suspect that actually controlling Henriette is one of those impossible tasks that it's futile to even consider. Controlling the Time Vortex is much easier!
