Camping
Camping was fun, once. I liked it.
You burned the sausages and the
Baked beans were shit. The tent got wet.
Even the dog was grumpy. But then,
Reason doesn't come into it.
We were young, so wrapped up in love,
Obsessed by it, by each other,
Mesmerized by fleshfilled senses
And intoxicated with joy.
Now I hate to camp without you.

I thought about it more than it was worth. Had he just gone camping with Lisa because she wanted to? Had he expected to like it an didn't, because of the dog and the rain? Or had the events of "Cybewoman" soured his memories? There could be all sorts of ways to look at it.
Thank you for commenting so nicely.
