I got this Shakespeare test from 17catherines, who commented in passing that she has read almost all of her "Complete Works of Shakespeare", which is more than I have done - I tend to focus on favourite bits (mostly the ones with sexy heroes: Hamlet, Troilus and Cressida, Henry IV, part 1, Much Ado About Nothing, for example) and there are some plays I hardly know at all. But I think I've either read or seen most of them at one time or another. What am I missing? Henry VIII. King John. Others...? I'm always a little fuzzy in memory about All's Well That Ends Well, but not because I haven't read it.

I'm sort of a hopeless Shakespeare fangirl, really.

LOL well often by "muse" (or "pup") they mean the player, the character from whose PoV one writes (and the writer is referred to as 'mun') (do excuse me if you are acquainted with the terminology... it gave me a bit of a wonder, when I first encountered it)

No, thanks for explaining, I had sort of guessed that just from browsing for a couple of minutes but I was only guessing, trying to make sense of it as I went along. I'm totally unacquainted with that kind of writing - excluding the role-playing game my friends I had had going through my teen years - but we had our own nomenclature and terminology.

I'm... very new to role playing. I mean really really. I started out at the Terinu forum RPG (which is very tightly moderated, and interesting, though going a bit slowly), then I plunged into a GreatestJournal one, and that's wild (though I'm feeling a bit dried up, there... despite the fact that one of my pups there is Lestat).

Then through torch_wood I started reading rude_not_ginger's work, and I loved it (especially that fab, still unfinished Ten/Suzie fic... wooooh...), and from there and a couple of other places I opened theatrical_muse, and decided to start on that.

I'm sort of... unsure how to weave that into RP-ing. I mean, Christine is rather isolated in time and space. Besides, the most interesting part about the comm is that RP-ing isn't the point - it's the writing. I am rather enjoying the prompts and just cussing the fact that I'm so busy and can't pay them enough attention. :) At least I'm keeping up (which reminds me that I still haven't even found myself an idea for the tw100 prompt...

That tw100 prompt is a toughie, isn't it? I like the idea but it's so hard to make anything gel. I'd like to do another one. But what?
