At last, a Torchwood dream...

I don't often have fannish dreams, much as I'd like to. But last night I dreamed I was at a party and John Barrowman turned up... dressed like Captain Jack in blue shirt and braces, without the greatcoat.

Not quite as interesting as one might hope...! Barrowman came into the room looking all gorgeous and happy and confident, and went over to this bench where a cute guy was sitting and they started talking. I wanted to go and speak to him - welcome him to Ottawa, say how much I love his work - before he was recognized and mobbed, but I felt shy about interrupting him when he was chatting someone up. So I was wrestling with indecision...

Then I woke up.

Well, yes. I wish I could control my subconscious a little better. Whose dream was it anyway? I can think of much better ways for it to go, but nooo, I dream about being the same over-polite Canadian I am in real life. Bummer.
