Date: 2007-01-16 08:48 pm (UTC)So far... I can say I'm really impressed with Burn Gorman's (sp?) acting!
And I've got the shivers already, even though I'm interrupting the watching for... various reasons.

Date: 2007-01-16 09:29 pm (UTC)Hopefully we'll get better things from Owen, and a whole lotta good things from all around. And for all around.
And now am going to sleep; will write more about my impressions from the ep tomorrow; possibly will re-watch tomorrow night...

Date: 2007-01-16 10:42 pm (UTC)Yes, that is wonderful acting. You can just see everything that Owen is feeling. And after all that irritation I've had with Owen all along, he made me feel terribly sorry for him, just by the whole sense of despair he was projecting.
Hopefully we'll get better things from Owen
Which would be so interesting to see. I love redemption stories. Stories about people who learn from their mistakes. (Jack's story is already a redemption story: he goes from scoundrel to hero in two episodes of Doctor Who.)
will write more about my impressions from the ep tomorrow
I look forward to it.

Date: 2007-01-17 12:58 am (UTC)Jack was the only crossover charecter, yes?
So Ms. TARDIS couldn't.
But we heard her voice.
Bunny says that doesn't count - I do.

Date: 2007-01-17 03:02 pm (UTC)(I think this goes under the category of "it takes one to know one", or "it takes one to write one". Or maybe, like Lois McMaster Bujold, he reserves the right to come up with a better idea in any contingency. And never say never.)
