Thanks to a hint by manticoran, I was able to track down the music vid I was looking for, In the Still of the Night, which was posted here on galactic_conman by rubychan05 on Oct. 27.

It's music by Cole Porter, sung by John Barrowman, and it's a wonderful, wonderful Doctor/Jack vid by dawn_e_h. My favourite vid, my favourite pairing.
