Okay, it's only The Daily Mail, but this news item from today made me smile and think that it sounds suspiciously like a bid by Torchwood to get more funds for its projects. The headline: Aliens could attack at any time, warns former Ministry of Defense chief.

Well, there you have it.

One of the more interesting people I have had tell me about his UFO sightings was a former RCMP commissioner. I am sort of agnostic when it comes to UFOs but he was certainly credible.
