Reversing Global Warming...

Scientist Publishes 'escape route' from global warming. Interesting. I'm not sure whether I think the cure is scarier than the problem, or vice versa. I tend to believe in the world's ability to cure itself - rather than humanity's ability to cure the world - drastic measures may lead to drastic problems.

But as it stands... judging by the flood-disasters of last year (thinking of both Indonesia and New Orleans), we don't seem to be coping well at all with the ramifications of changing weather as things stand now.

Can you say "instant ice age" ... or "runaway glaciation"? I think *this* cure may be worse than the disease.

Maybe we should just give the 'cold shoulder' to this idea ... :-/
