it is one of the 3 types in Ayurveda medicine. I took a more elaborate quiz on a website dedicated to Ayurveda and it pigeonhold me also as pitta (they make a difference in body and mind type, both are pitta for me).

Yes - I've read a few books on Ayurveda, and once went to an ayurvedic specialist (who was actually a friend) for health-related treatments. I was, on the whole, impressed by the system, though I found the diet difficult to continue after a few months. I find it quite fascinating, and a nice adjunct to yoga practice - where, again, my practice is sporadic.

Hmm... Yeah, it would be cool to have a DVD copy of "Franceso e Filipa". I'll see if I can arrange that. It brings back good memories!
