It takes a while to re-adjust. It took me about a month after the UK!

I always find it harder to adjust flying east to west than west to east. I was in a total daze after arriving home - non-functional for about two days.

Now I'm back at work and pretending to be functional even if I'm not.

This is why I literallly have my blinds taped down shut, so I can't see outside to be tortured by the weather.
