Apa day...

maaseru's place to visit with Chantal and Yolande, who were visiting from Montreal.
Donna came over for supper before the apa collation and I was enthusing over how much I liked Veronica Mars. She'd never seen it, so we watched the pilot.... Then she wanted to see the second episode... yeah, she was hooked even more quickly than I was. Then we had to go to the collation.
It was a good one. Lots of people there, lots of people brought food, lots of good talk. Sheila showed me her photos of Quebec City. StarWolf showed us pictures of Japan. He held a draw and I won some beautiful Japanese bowls. Delightful!
Then Donna drove me home and we watched the final episode of Veronica Mars which was odd for her since she'd missed all the intervening episodes, but she wanted to see it. She doesn't understand my love of Logan. I had trouble explaining. I remember in the dim and distant past a couple of months ago when I saw the pilot, I thought too that he was a psychotic jackass. His transition to sexy heartbreak hero was hard to explain.
