I went out to dinner with Lisa and Lynne, after lazing around Lisa's place for a bit and talking to her kids about the City Farm Camp they're going to. Feeding cows, playing with chicks, all at the Experimental Farm.

Then Lisa, Lynne and I went to dinner at Nicastro's, on Wellington. The food was fabulous: I had Atlantic salmon with some of the most delicious vegetables known to mankind.

Afterwards, the heat had let up a little, so we went for a walk. My brain was fried.... long day. But it was a lovely end to it.
