Yes - I'm in the middle of writing a Sparrington fic, aren't I? And it's been in progress for about umpteen months now, and - it's time to finish it! Yes indeed.
I shall consider myself inspired by the happy news that Norrington will be back. I hope Sparrow is as happy about it as I am. (In my story, he will be.)
