Why is it that every time I tried to type the word "method" I typed "methos"?

I don't think it's because the letters have worn off the keys on my keyboard. I think it's because fandom has rewired my brain.

Mind you, Methos is a nice thing to contemplate while studying ancient Greek or Greeks and most appropriate, too. I have him pegged as a lovely Mycenean.

The Method/Methos typo; I do exactly the same thing. I'd put it down to wishful thinking, but when I was looking for something Methosian on eBay, I found it was a common typo that others committed as well. Lotsa stuff came up that had the typo in it.

I've noticed that everytime I try to type the name of the Serials Librarian in my department, Liz, I type "Lex", instead. I alays figure it's force of habit!

But the rewiring is definitely a possibility!
