That's altogether remarkable. I knew there were year-round science colonies there, but didn't know anyone of them had decided to print money! Indeed, who would use it? And for what? Sort of like a "scrip" to be used in each other's Post Exchange shops, maybe?
And I wish I could read what the fine print at the left side says -- does it mention Tasmania, in the fourth line down? Might be clues there. What a neat idea!
