Constantine

I saw a trailer for Constantine when I saw Troy and I got all excited. John Constantine is one of my favourite comic book characters and in the hope that they will do justice to him (is it possible?) I am eagerly anticipating this movie.

But it's a whole year away.

That's just... cruel.

I wish I could find some way to hope that there will be a good Constnatine movie... at least in our lifetimes... but it doesn't seem likely, does it?

Why are so many movies that are based on good comics, utterly crappy? They shouldn't be.
