Just a few screen-caps...

So after watching The Losers a few days ago, I'm left with a crush on Cougar. Sgt. Carlos "Cougar" Alvarez, played by Oscar Jaenada.

So in fannish fashion, I went browsing for pictures of Cougar online, and didn't find much. There are reasons for that: Cougar doesn't get a lot of close-ups in the movie, becuase the the characters highlighted with close-ups are mostly the characters who are talking, and Cougar is the laconic, silent type - except when talking in Spanish to little Bolivian kids.

So I decided to make a collection of screencaps for my own pleasure and amusement.

Flowers...

This is Ottawa, Canada's Capital, at more than 55 degrees North. We don't get flowers in March. In March, we get snow.

But it's been hot and the flowers, clearly confused, have forgotten we don't get flowers in March.

Yesterday I saw this is a garden down the street:



Today I looked at the same garden, and there were more flowers in it:



And then on Third Avenue, I saw one lonely, beautiful violet:
