Thursday...

Busy day: after exercises, a long walk, chiropractic appointment, and other important things, I got lost in the wilds of Kanata because I was reading on the #101 bus and missed my stop at Bayshore. Suddenly found myself in the green belt. Oops.

Visited a friend in the hospital in the evening, and took three buses to get home, reading Graceling as I went. I thought maybe I could walk home from the General, but no, my legs were tired and protesting.
