I enjoyed this news article by Sarah Jane Smith that appeared on Sunday.

I enjoyed what I read of the linked articles too, insofar as I understood them, and I particularly liked the ad for Oceanic Airlines.

Torchwood: question about "Small Worlds"...

I watched the Torchwood episode "Small Worlds" with maaseru and maaboroshi this evening, and then the Declassified - which I hadn't seen before.

I found myself with a question or two.

My impression was that people other than Jasmine and (sometimes) Estelle could not see the fairies. They manifested as spirits of the elements, but not in visual form. Except that Gwen could see them "out of the corner of her eye" - she could perceive them. More evidence, if we need it, that Gwen is psychic.

But it seemed to me that Jack could see them at the end, when he was discussing Jasmine's fate with them. Was it that they wanted to be seen, so they let him see them? Or did I get it wrong, and he couldn't see them?
