The Major Arcana...

Though I like and relate to the 'intuition' aspect of this card, it isn't the one I'd want, or the one I most identify with - I always want The Magician. My favourite role for anybody. I'd cast the Doctor in Doctor Who as The Magician, more than any other aspect I can think of, including the Trickster God. Captain Jack and Francis Crawford too, and Miles Vorkorigan - because they make things happen.

pfyre posted appetite-whetting articles about Freema Agyeman and her thoughts on getting the role as the Doctor's companion in series 3 Doctor Who.

I particularly enjoyed her description of Captain Jack: "When Captain Jack turns up, it's hilarious. He hits on me and he's after the Doctor, too!"

I'd say this bodes well. They haven't forgotten that Jack likes the Doctor. Good!
