I watched Velocity before going to work, curled up with my comforter in the living room.

An amazing thing: an episode about Pete Ross that I actually liked. He's never been interesting before! Cutting for spoilers... )

Off to work now. The budgies are singing up a storm as I write. I hope it's another relatively mild day for good walking.

For a story....

There's an episode, shortly before Exodus, that features Clark and Lana when they foolishly thought they could love each other, picnicking, lounging, and kissing under a tree. My question: what kind of tree is it? (I'm not very familiar with this scene. I probably fast-forward through it all the time.)

I have two story ideas jockeying for attention in my head. Both are there just needing to be put on paper - and when will I have the time to do that? Hmm, when, I ask you?

Soon, I hope.

P.S. No. It's three stories now.

I just read that Julius Schwartz died on the weekend. How did I miss the news for so many days? He was one of the stars in my young firmament for many years - though at the time, I possibly wouldn't even have recognized his name. He was eighty-eight, and died of pneumonia. Here is a site that talks about him, and his death.
