1. I went to the dollar store because I wanted a small slate for writing on:
   
   
   
   They had one, with garish plastic edges - really quite cheesy. But I think it will suit my needs, at least in the short term. Meanwhile I can keep my eyes open for a nice chalkboard with wooden edges. I'm not sure where to look. Staples? Value Village? Mrs. Tiggywinkles?
   
   
2. Lunch at T&T. I got a huge plate of fried octopus for $3.99. Heaven.
   
   
3. Watched the latest episode of Supernatural, 8x06, "Southern Comfort". Not a high-powered episode, but rather fun.
   
   
4. Felt good at the gym today. Feel as if progress is being made. This was day #108, and maaseru was there to keep me company.
