I did quite a bit of wandering around the city today - unplanned but fun - and took these photos:

We discovered a tiny park I'd never seen before, behind the Supreme Court Buildings,near the top of the cliff. Here's the view from there, looking west.

Looking around our little park, "Those look like arrow slits," said Lisa, looking at the walls shoring up the cliff behind us. It gave us a nice sense of standing on the battlements.

Canada Geese with the Library of the Canadian Parliament Buildings behind them. They think they own the country. They may be right.
