Today was the Annual General Meeting at work. I always grumble about it because it means I have to work on a Sunday at a busy time of year - taking minutes of the meeting.

This year, though I felt grouchy about it all morning, I ended up enjoying myself. For one thing, we had wine-tasting because they are trying to determine what wines to buy for the bar.

I got to see people I don't often see, and everyone was friendly, and.... Well, it's a sort of Christmas tradition. Maybe I'd miss it if it didn't happen.

This year there was no blizzard, which has happened often on the AGM day. Early December is like that.

Tomorrow I have notes to type up for the minutes. Ugh.
