Doctor Who: "Space" (part 1) and "Time" (part 2)...

As you may remember, the last series of Doctor Who left me a little disappointed and disenchanted with the talents of both Steven Moffat and Matt Smith. This mini-ep, "Space" (part 1) and "Time" (part 2) did something to restore my faith, or at least my enjoyment level. It's Steven Moffat doing what he does best - giving us a nice time/space paradox with a dollop of double entendre and... what's the opposite of déja vu? futur vu?

It really sort of felt like Steven Moffatt takes the piss out of Steven Moffatt - making fun of every single annoying thing he's done with the season. But I did enjoy it, yes.

So Steven Moffat making fun of himself is more fun than Steven Moffat trying to write regular stories. Figures.
