1. Lunch was dim sum at the Mandarin Ogilvie with Vicky and Marion. Had a lovely time, but maaseru was there at the same time and we never saw her - nor she us. The restaurant is big, but it isn't that big. How'd we do that?
   
   
2. Exhausted in afternoon. Read comics. Books. Napped.
   
   
3. Did a Tarot reading with the Dali Universal Tarot. I like the look of the cards, but found them difficult to work with - I missed the numbers on the Minor Arcana. The plush red box they come in is magnificent, though.
   
   
4. Watched Castle 3x13, "Knockdown". I liked the way Beckett and Castle interacted here - it was downright romantic. And they even got a kiss, though it's what I call a DOctor Who kiss - a kiss committed under the pretense of pretending to kiss for effect. I liked it that Ryan and Esposito were captured and rescued by Beckett and Castle; and I loved the scene where Castle said he would always cover her back. I liked the return to the mystery of Beckett's mother, and the way her mother appears to have been the heroic champion of the underdog. I kept trying to get a look at the painting in Beckett's apartment: what was that on the wall?
   
   
5. Watched White Collar 2x11, "Forging Bonds". Very slashy. I liked the way Peter maneuvered Neal to tell him everything, and Neal apparently did. Loved seeing Younger Peter and Younger Mozzie. Liked Vincent Adler as a character, and the fact that he could see through Neal. Still didn't like Kate so much - she's too much like Elizabeth Burke, but not nearly as personable or real. It was fun seeing the origins of Clinton and Diana, though I was a little sorry we once again didn't see June or Elizabeth. Elizabeth seems in very short supply this season.
   
   
6. Watched The Good Wife episodes 2x10 and 2x11, "Breaking Up" and "Two Courts". Enjoyed both very much indeed. Found the scenes with Alicia's brother particularly amusing - especially Jackie in the wig. Loved the ongoing story of Will and Diane plotting against each other, and then making up and deciding not to break up the firm. Enjoyed the battle of wills between Eli and Jackie, and between Blake and Kallinda.
   
   
7. Practised knitting while watching the second episode of The Good Wife. I'm still making mistakes, but feel a little more confident about it.

It was - would have been even better, if I hadn't been so tired.
