What constitutes power? Stength? Then it would be the Hulk. Power over others? Then it would be Daken Akihiro - though his power is only one on one; perhaps Emma Frost, Doctor Doom, Namor (anyone know the population count for Atlantis?) or, a few months ago, Norman Osborn. Power to control events? Nick Fury. Spiritual or magical power? Doctor Strange.

I think my pick for most absolute power is Magneto. He can play with the magnetic fields of the planet; now, that's power.
